00:25improving the quality with which we describe, with which we communicate our marketing of
00:29a real estate object. In these scenarios, today, the world of artificial intelligence
00:33is bringing us a lot of news, a lot of news that allow us to create content,
00:38to enrich descriptions, and all this needs, however, those who are experts in the field,
00:44that is, those who will tell us what is the need and what are the things that work and those
00:48that are useless. It will not be the technologists who will generate this change, but it will be
00:53directly the experts in the sector and on this we have a lot of need, we have a lot of
00:57need for courage, to generate new ideas, which was a bit, I think, the theme of this meeting today.
