00:00In Pasig City Jail Female Dormitory, actress and businesswoman Nery Naig was jailed according to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology.
00:08According to the Southern Police District, Naig was arrested because of a case of syndicated staffer and 14 counts of violation of the Securities Regulation Code.
00:16She was arrested last Saturday in an entrepreneur convention in Pasay.
00:20First, she was called Alyas Erin in the Facebook post of the SPD and her face was blurred in the video.
00:27Naig has already been sentenced for the case of violation of the Securities Regulation Code
00:31but she will remain in jail because of the case of syndicated staffer which is non-bailable.
00:37In a Facebook post, Parroquia of Edgar Frontman Chito Miranda said that his wife is not fooled by her partner.
00:44His wife is just an endorser and he used her to get investors.
00:49She also did not receive any letter, statement or any abuse from Naig so she could not defend herself when she was arrested.
00:56Both previous cases were dismissed and Miranda hopes that this case will also be cleared.
