00:06There were just a few things that were covered in the complaint.

00:11On face value, do not hold water.

00:16And then, the second one is the grave assault.

00:23I believe they were just trying to force me to file a case.

00:30And thirdly, I am laughing at the violations on the anti-terrorism law

00:38because they were trying to reach my properties and assets.

00:53Because this violation of the anti-terrorism law,

00:57they did this to Congressman Arnie Teres.

01:01So, they have a playbook on what you do to a person that you are suing for anti-terrorism law.

01:09So, what is that? What do they want to do?

01:12That is why they are filing or charging for anti-terrorism law.

01:17They want to cancel the passport.

01:20They want to issue a red notice to the international.

01:24So, you cannot move overseas.

01:28They want to unlock anti-money laundering violations.

01:37So, that means they will freeze your money and your properties.

01:42You will not be able to spend money and you will not be able to enter your properties.

01:49And they want to issue search warrants.

01:55What does that do?

01:56They will charge you for your properties.

01:59And I asked the black people what happened there.

02:04Because I was watching what they were doing.

02:07And they are doing the Arnie Teres playbook.

02:11What they did there, they entered the houses, the properties.

02:17They said, we have a clearing team.

02:22For a safe search, the clearing team will go first.

02:26They will place all kinds of guns and all kinds of possible illegal things, including drugs.

02:37After that, the search team will go in.

02:42After entering the search team, of course, the people they are looking for are already there.

02:50So, that is what they are following.

02:54It's not without precedent that they filed an anti-terrorism law.

03:01What I just said, that is what they want to do.

03:04That is why they are forcing people to violate the law.

03:10To cancel your passport, to write a red notice, to unlock, to issue a left-hand search warrant.

03:19So, it means that we will still go back there.

03:22But this is clearly oppression and harassment.

03:27Or remarks that they are forcing people to take out of its logical context.

03:40I am a lawyer.

03:42I know what is illegal and what is not illegal.

03:46I know what is actionable and what is not actionable.

03:49It is not actionable for you to violate the law.

03:54That is not actionable.

03:57There is no active threat if I don't die.
