Quezon City Police District Acting District Director PCOL Melecio Buslig, accompanied QCPD Medical and Dental Chief Lt. Col. Van Jason Villamor on Wednesday, Nov. 27, at the Quezon City Prosecutors Office to file a complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte and her staff for direct assault during an incident at the House of Representatives Detention Center and Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC) involving the detention of Atty. Zuleika Lopez, Duterte's Chief of Staff.   Lt. Col. Villamor was allegedly pushed and assaulted by the Vice Presidential Security and Protection Group (VPSPG) and was also verbally assaulted by the Vice President herself.
