Is your internet connection getting worse?

We’re asking people in Cardiff whether they think their internet connection isn’t up to speed.

00:21I think we pay about £50 and it's really, really slow.

00:24We're constantly on about, like, making it faster,

00:27but just never really getting it.

00:29Just never really gets that way. It's really slow.

00:32And work from home as well, it's so bad.

00:34It is annoying, and we're constantly ringing Virgin

00:37and asking them to make it faster.

00:39We're trying to get, like, router extenders,

00:41but they just never come, street to street.

00:43Yeah, well, I use it to work from home and things like that as well.

00:46So, obviously, nowadays, everyone needs the internet

00:49for watching videos or gaming, working from home.

00:54And if it starts playing up, dropping out,

00:56it can have an impact on everyone in the whole house, really.
