00:16But they were not allowed to enter the ship.
00:19That's when the PCG took action and conducted a more detailed inspection.
00:23It was discovered that the 13 Chinese were undocumented.
00:26A People's Liberation Army uniform of China was also discovered.
00:31The PCG is now consulting various agencies for the custody of the Chinese.
00:36The owner of the ship has yet to be released.
