01:25and the things I see during the week I want to propose during the games.

01:37but today we bring home the victory and the awareness

01:42that when we do our things it is easier to get a positive result.

01:49to try to anticipate the potential we have in our youth sector

01:53and we are doing it in all categories.

01:56It is clear that even today we put 4 2007 and 2 2008 on the field,

02:02beyond that there were 3 2005 who had already had first team experience.

02:09But we want to put our young people in trouble

02:13because they must try to be anticipated

02:17and fill this gap of age with their potential and technical qualities.

02:22That's why I'm sticking to the answer I said before,

02:26because I don't want to see those mistakes because I'm afraid to make a mistake,

02:30but I want to see them play with great courage,

02:33where inside the field each of them must feel like a protagonist

02:36and free to play to express their qualities.

02:39When Dario is missing, I am ready to be the captain and replace him,
