00:13Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiularell Jr. announced an adjustment to the Certificate of
00:19Necessity to import 30,000 metric tons of frozen small pelagic fish including round scad and
00:25mackerel. The allocation includes 8,000 metric tons that won't affect the maximum importable
00:32volume plus 280 metric tons for Kadiwa ng Pangulo Centers providing an affordable protein source for
00:39indigents, persons with disabilities and senior citizens. Food at Kadiwa centers are generally
00:4620 percent cheaper than in public markets enabling access to essential goods for those who need it
00:52most.
