00:00lunch. So in the spring rolls you've got cabbage, celery, beans, wood ear mushrooms, onion,

00:10glass noodles, which are these things. So they're all done. I've got the recipe card for you to have

00:15a look at if you want to take it for home. But let's have them just demonstrate how we wrap

00:20a spring roll. And in this bowl here I've got like a corn flour slurry. So it's just corn flour water,

00:27put your finger in there, and we just want to just seal that spring roll in.

00:36Awesome, there you go. Well done. Did you want to try a dumpling?

00:41Sure.

00:42Yeah?

00:43I'll just grab some water and put it on one side of the dumpling.
