00:15The whole province of Isabela is now in a state of calamity.

00:19According to the Provincial Board, more than two billion pesos is the amount of damage caused by the typhoons.

00:26The National Government provided P50,000 in aid and P20,000 in funds for affected farmers.

00:35Some of the aid will be distributed to BINHI, ABONO and other farmers.
