00:16Dagupan City is now in a state of calamity due to the severe effects of Hurricane Christine.

00:22According to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office,

00:2621 barangays were affected by the storm surge while 10 barangays were affected by the rain and high tide.

00:35More than 2,000 people were evacuated to evacuation centers while 11,000 were affected by their lives.
