00:25previously given $10 billion to his Bezos Earth Fund, which is committed to fighting climate

00:30change. According to CNN, the majority of his charitable giving will be donations to organizations

00:36dedicated to combating the climate crisis and supporting people who can unify humanity in the

00:41face of deep social and political divisions. In the past, Bezos has been criticized by many for

00:46not signing the Giving Pledge. The pledge is a promise made by some of the wealthiest Americans

00:50to give away at least half of their fortunes. Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Elon Musk,

00:55Mark Zuckerberg, and Bezos ex-wife Mackenzie Scott have all made the pledge.
