00:17We understand the gravity of each and every referral we are making today, just as we understand

00:23the magnitude of the crime against democracy that we describe in our report.

00:29We have gone where the facts and the law lead us, and inescapably, they lead us here.

00:35The committee's report, which will be released on Dec. 21, lays out the evidence for four

00:38criminal referrals, obstruction of an official proceeding, conspiracy to defraud the United

00:43States, conspiracy to make false statements, and inciting, assisting, comforting, or aiding

00:48an insurrection.
