“There is no safe place in America anymore.” That’s what Texas State Rep. TK said following the mass shooting that left 8 people dead, including 3 children, at an outlet mall in Texas.

00:00I cry because every time I see that video, to see those pictures, I see my son.

00:16There is no church that's safe. There is no school that's safe.

00:20There's no shopping mall that's safe. There's no library that's safe.

00:23Not because of books, not because of trans kids who want health care,

00:31but because of things that people own. Because we value things over people,

00:42and I don't know what to do anymore. At some point, the people blocking the laws

00:52that could help prevent these type of tragedies, at some point,

00:59they take some ownership of these tragedies. No more. Please. Please.
