Iranian government publicly executes protester

A second protester has reportedly been executed by the Iranian government in the span of a week.

00:25after allegedly fatally stabbing two members of a paramilitary force.

00:30The public hanging marks the second execution linked to protests within a week.

00:34The blatant objective is to instill fear among the population in a desperate attempt to cling

00:38to power and put an end to the popular uprising, said the Amnesty International deputy director
