00:00He had been living in a parking lot for three months.

00:04I saw how many people had actually seen him and did nothing,

00:08and I was determined to get him.

00:11We set up traps in all three of his spots where he would lay.

00:15After three days, we were finally able to catch him.

00:18I cannot believe that I'm touching you.

00:24I just touched him for the first time.

00:26I know it felt so good.

00:28He was just a mess.

00:30He was so matted, so dirty.

00:33Hi, sweetie baby.

00:36When he got to the vet, we had to completely shave him down.

00:40Get him touched and love.

00:44Coconut!

00:46We're gonna go down to the beach.

00:48He was a little scared, but then he just looked at me,

00:52and it was like he knew he was safe.

00:55Are you at the beach?

00:57I tried to just make everything so special.

01:00I took him to the beach.

01:02He had never seen anything like that.

01:06After a few weeks, I was able to find a foster home for him.

01:11Can you do it? Come on.

01:13He started off where he was so, so scared.

01:16Oh, oh, oh, oh, there you go.

01:18Good boy. Come on.

01:20He would just lay there and look,

01:22and then he really started coming out of his shell.

01:26He made friends with her bunnies.

01:29Oh, she's licking his nose.

01:31He loved them, actually.

01:33He was so cute.

01:35He would literally go up to their little face,

01:37and they're his little friends now.

01:39He looks for them, and they look for him.

01:42After all he's been through, he is an amazing dog.

01:48He gets along with bunnies.

01:50He gets along with other dogs and even cats.

01:53It's like he was never abandoned.

02:00Coconut would absolutely thrive in a family,

02:04even with kids, with lots of time to take him on walks,

02:08lots of time to spend with him,

02:11and just make him loved and special to them.

02:14He deserves a family that's just going to adore him.

02:19I cannot tell you how good it feels.

02:23I rescue a lot of dogs,

02:25and he is my favorite little rescue story.

02:29Come on.

02:31Good boy.

02:33From where he came from to where he is now,

02:36I love him.
