00:00It's been, it's been full up every day I've been here. I've been here at least once a week for the last five or six weeks, full up every time.

00:07Sometimes it's down here.

00:09It's still semi-full up, but this is just room to get some closing. That's the first time I've seen it like that.

00:14Closing doors though, you've had to throw, so the Heart Foundation is missing out.

00:18Other people have said that as well, so it's not just us.

00:21The signage is wrong, because this says it may be considered right.

00:25We think, well it may not have been, which is applicable to us.

00:29There's a sign now, which you can't see from here, saying it will be considered broken.

00:33They need to sort the signage out.

00:35It's flopping round for one thing, then people will say there's no confusion.

00:39It's strange now and it's not right.
