00:23 It's unacceptable as a road for the state of it to get like this. There's no maintenance whatsoever.

00:30 I've contacted the council and been informed by them and they can't afford to fix it.

00:36 So it's not going to be fixed. It's been like this now for 2 to 4 years and every time it rains it gets worse and worse.
