Mother dies, two children hurt in East Coast Highway accident

A woman was killed and her two children were injured in an accident at KM341.2 of the East Coast Highway 2 (LPT2), Dungun on Thursday (Nov 21).

Wan Asliza Wan Abdullah Sani, 44, died on the spot after suffering severe injuries to her neck in the 10.23am incident.

Her two children, Wan Nur Nisa Qistina Wan Zulfan, 20, and Muhammad Ayyash Mikael Nordin, aged one year and six months, suffered minor injuries.
