00:24Dapat binibigyan siya ng oportunidad para makapag-negosyo.

00:27Dapat binibigyan siya ng oportunidad na makapaghanap ng trabaho.

00:33Ah, yun yung prinsipyo namin.

00:38Ah, meron kaming ngayon na pinamibigay.

00:41Ito ay Thanksgiving na mga grocery packs namin.

00:45Kasama na ito sa Christmas.

00:47Because tradisyon ng Pilipino ay gift-giving during Christmas.

00:54Meron din kaming rice box, binibigay namin ito sa individuals in crisis.

01:02Pero yung sabihin mo na tirabahala ang apanghatag o ayuda, walang kaming ganon sa OVP.

01:13We still believe and it is our platform and it is in our budget na good governance is the key to nation building.

01:23So hindi nasa solusyonan ng ayuda yung problema ng mga tao.

01:31Lalong-lalo na sa kapos na pang-araw-araw, lalo na sa kawalan ng trabaho at sa safety and security and well-being ng tao.

01:50Kahit man noong ako ay mayor ng Davao City, we always endeavored to implement peace and development instead of dole-outs.

02:08Isa pa pot sa akuang niyaning mga ayuda kay mora basyag ka na ganing insulto sa kawadon sa tao.

02:21Mora bag wala man ka, 5 mil rey mo ha, huma nata, mora di nga na ba.

02:27Sa pananaw na ako, ang trabaho sa gobyerno, paniguraduhon na dunay oportunidad ang mga tao kontra sa hataganimo siya o dole-out.
