00:00There was also a question about the foreign policy of the Marcos Jr. administration and because of that, she was characterized by the palace as pro-China.
00:14But she claimed that she was not pro-China and she said, I am not pro any country at all.
00:23Well, personally, I believe that if you are Filipino, you should be pro-Philippines.
00:53You should be doing whatever it takes to serve the interests of the Filipino people at ng ating bansa.
01:00Now, with regards to your question na yung sa dapat nagbe-build tiny relationship with other countries,
01:10yeah, I do agree, wala namang masama dun.
01:12That's exactly what President Bongbong Marcos is doing.
01:15But at some point, when there's an aggressor, a country na ginigipit yung karapatan ng isang bansa,
01:23can you simply say na dapat maging magkaibigan tayo?
01:27There's a different relationship na maging maayos o diplomacy between one country to another.
01:34But, you know, there are fights that needs fighting.
01:36We have to draw the line.
01:39Kapag may aggressor na bansa o ginigipit tayo,
01:42simply ba tayo magiging patay-Malaysia na magigipagkaibigan lang?
01:46Or should we assert the rights of the Filipino people, of the fishermen,
01:52ang right ng ating bansa?
01:54So, I do believe na we should be pro-Philippines.
01:58Each Filipino should fight for the rights of our country,
02:03protect the rights of our citizen,
02:05especially the president and top-ranking officials of our country.
02:10Well, Filipinos naman are not expecting aggressive rhetoric.
02:14What they want is consistent position and clarity
02:17when it comes to the issue of West Philippine Sea.
02:56it's not simply just a diplomatic issue,
03:02it also covers the issue of sovereignty and national integrity of our country.
03:19which in this case, China.
03:21So, it's very clear.
03:23When it comes to other areas of concern,
03:28we can involve ourselves with any countries
03:31that would bear mutual benefits,
03:39But when it comes to territorial integrity and sovereignty,
03:45the country and the public demands the clear position
04:06In the case of China, the West Philippine Sea.
