00:05is now focused on relief and rehabilitation efforts for the regions hit hard by Super

00:10Typhoon Tipito, the Philippine News Agency reported.

00:13The OCD has begun early recovery measures in Catanduanes, sending building materials,

00:18repair kits and food items.

00:21Similar efforts are underway in Isabela, Pangasinan and other affected provinces.

00:25Nepomuceno assured sufficient relief items being sent to local government units.

00:29He also confirmed nine fatalities due to Pipito.

00:32Despite budget limitations caused by the series of typhoons, he assured everything is in place

00:37and President Marcos Jr. is committed to securing additional funds.
