00:00You know, I talked to your teammate, Quinton Johnson, recently, and he was talking about

00:03the energy and the juice that Jim Harbaugh brings to the facility every single day.

00:08I want to ask you, is playing for him pretty much like you thought it would be, or do you

00:12have to experience that enthusiasm to truly know what it's all about?

00:16Yeah, I think a little bit of both.

00:19You know, I mean, I heard a lot coming in, you know.

00:22My D-line coach in college, Coach Newell, used to coach with Harbaugh at Michigan, and

00:27you know, he told me a lot of stuff coming in, but you hear a lot of stuff, and then

00:32you come in and you witness the whole thing, and it's a little bit of both, you know.

00:36Like, truly, what is it exactly?

00:38Like, what does that dude say and do that he connects with and relates so well to the

00:44players and gets them to go so hard and buy in the way they have, and as quickly as you

00:49guys all have?

00:50How does he do that?

00:51What does he do?

00:52Yeah, man, I think it's really because we know how genuine he is.

00:56We know how he truly wants the best for us and for the team, and that's winning.

01:01And man, like, every time he gets a chance to talk, you know, he talks about a lot of

01:06stuff, and it's not stuff that he writes down.

01:07It's stuff like that's coming off the head, like coming off his heart, you know what I'm

01:11saying?

01:12And we hear that stuff, you know, and we listen, and that's what grabs our attention right

01:16there when he speaks from the heart, and he does a great job of doing that.
