00:17the climate emergency the world is facing. One of the topics on discussion will be how

00:22to spread the financing of lowering carbon emissions throughout world nations and not

00:27just have the wealthier countries be relied upon. 80% of global emissions are produced

00:33by those that will be at this meeting.
