00:23With the coming of the Biden administration, there is a new, what I would call a new Cold

00:32War spirit governing international politics.

00:37And we here in Egypt, we have suffered from the polarization that the Biden administration

00:45has produced, has caused in the last three years and a half.

00:50And with our membership in BRICS, we hope that this new grouping in international politics

01:01would play a stabilizing role and would prevent further polarization of the international

01:08system.
