Yeltsin had led the rebellion in Russia successfully to end the Soviet Union. For political purposes, that made Yeltsin Putin’s enemy, and Yeltsin an enemy of the Soviet Union. As a deadly Soviet spy, Putin has killed many political opponents year after year. When asked about his murderous crusade by a reporter, Putin replied, "That is how the game is played today." Imagine, for Putin KILLING is a game.
If you examine the activity that Putin engaged in while directly working for Yeltson, I submit that Putin was acting as a double agent; actively, daily, seeking to poison, possibly murder, and certainly incapacity Yeltsin every day he worked for him. For Putin to kill, poison, or debilitate Yeltsin, Putin had (a) motive, (b) opportunity, and (c) capacity. By profession, Putin was a KGB spy. Spy's murder, kill, poison their opposition. Beyond killing his political opponents for years, I submit Putin actively as his assassin sought to murder, weaken, and drive Yeltsin from the Presidency.
This is how Putin as a double agent worked while Yeltsin's number-one right-hand man, to physically compromised, weaken, and attack Yeltsin every day that he worked for him. Yeltsin suffered from chronic heart failure. Putin attacked and weakened Yeltsin's heart every day by poisoning Yeltsin with more alcohol. How! Every day in the Kremlin, Putin would schedule meetings for the President, where toasts were offered led by Yeltsin to others in government or dignitaries, and this daily drinking of toasts continued while Yeltsin remained President.
Yeltsin, a man with a long history of illness, punctuated by bouts of public drunkenness, had already lived seven years longer than the life expectancy for Russian males. President Yeltsin had three heart attacks in 1996. President Yeltsin first heart attack was June, 1996. In September 1999, Yeltsin had coronary bypass surgery.
In the United States, over 300,000 coronary bypasses are done yearly, while in Russia only about 20,000. It is unethical, to be a facilitator, to give anyone with heart disease alcohol. That’s why Putin was a double agent.
