00:00Let me know your thoughts thus far on what I'm seeing starting to formulate.

00:06You got Boise State, 12, potentially taking on Ohio State.

00:10Then you got Notre Dame, nine, potentially taking on Tennessee, which is ranking eight

00:14on here.

00:15And then on the other side, Ole Miss versus Penn State, Alabama versus Indiana.

00:19Which one of these scenarios seems more realistic?

00:21Well, I'll tell you which one is really entertaining for me, and that's Ole Miss, Penn State.

00:28I've been on the Lane Kiffin train now for the past couple of weeks.

00:32I said it last week, I'll say it again, Ole Miss on a bye this week.

00:37They come back for that big game next weekend.

00:40I love the makeup of this team, because they have all of the key elements that you're looking

00:44for in a championship squad.

00:47Great defense, not good, but a great defense.

00:50This is a legit SEC defense, giving up around 12 or 13 points per game.

00:56You've got the veteran quarterback in Jackson Dart, enough weapons in the backfield and

01:01on the outside.

01:02And again, the success they've had this month, Casey, that is without Trey Harris.

01:06Not just their best wide receiver, but arguably before he got injured, the best wide receiver

01:12in the country.

01:13Certainly the most productive one.

01:14And you have a veteran head coach, a crafty head coach in Lane Kiffin.

01:18So they are really set up for something special.

01:21And on the other side is Penn State and sort of that dark cloud hanging over the Nittany

01:26Lions, which is, can they beat an elite team?

01:29Can they come up big under James Franklin?

01:31I would love to see that game.

01:33And big picture before we go to a break, I just love the concept of the playoffs right

01:37now, because we're going to see some matchups that we never did in the past.

01:40This is going to blow away the old traditional bowl system.

01:43Absolutely.

01:44And I think that's going to end up playing out to the purpose behind putting a playoff

01:47system in the mix here.

01:49And then those other bowl games are going to bring in some teams that deserve the recognition

01:53and illumination of their play.
