00:15Forced evacuation is now being strictly implemented in all the provinces of Catanduanes due to the typhoon Pepito.
00:22According to PDRRMO Catanduanes Operations Head Bob Monterola,
00:26Yesterday, the local government implemented a pre-emptive evacuation,
00:30but there are still families who do not want to come here
00:32even if it is forced to do so due to the help of the law enforcement agencies.
00:38First, the Preparation of Evacuation Centers in the whole province was announced by the Pan-Lalawigan government.
00:43Aside from the churches that were also opened for the evacuees,
00:47the number of classrooms that are now being used as evacuation centers will reach almost 40.
00:53Monterola also announced that almost 50% of the evacuees in Catanduanes
00:57are chosen to stay in their barangays that have strong houses.
01:02Meanwhile, the Capitol announced that the capacity of the Provincial Capitol Lobby has been filled
01:07and that almost 500 individuals from the coastal areas of V-ROC were also made evacuation centers.

01:16This morning, a storm surge was experienced in Catanduanes,
