00:09but we know what's in them, they're very, very popular, also the custard tarts, fresh

00:17cream cakes, it's all fresh cream and everything's made here and fresh every day.

00:22But once they're gone, they're gone, because we do everything fresh every day.

00:27Most of the time there's none of those left, the fresh cream cakes today have all gone already.

00:34It's a very popular shop, not just for our local business but all our tourists,

00:40and they come down every year and they always come to the shop because they come every year

00:46religiously for our pies and our cakes. Some people have come from Queensland and they come

00:52down here for Christmas and they come into the shop to get their special pies and their

00:59special cakes that they get every year, religiously.
