01:09Under the PM CARES Children's Scheme, those children benefit
01:13whose parents died in COVID-19.
01:16According to my knowledge, only those children will benefit from this scheme
01:21whose parents died between 11th March 2020 and 28th February 2022.
01:28Under the PM CARES Children's Scheme, if the child is 6 years old or younger than that,
01:32then the government provides his nutrition, his pre-school expenses, health expenses,
01:37household services and vaccinations.
01:40If the child is 10 years or younger than that,
01:42then he will be admitted to a nearby school under this scheme.
01:46These schools can be government, private or KVB.
01:50Under this scheme, two free uniforms and books will be given to the child.
01:55If the child studies in a private school,
01:58then he will be exempted from the fees under Section 12.1 of the RTE Act.
02:03If the child is 11-18 years old and lives in a big family,
02:07then he can be admitted to a nearby school as a Day Scholar under the DM.
02:13If the school is closed, the child will be made to stay in another place.
02:19Under this scheme, the child will be given a scholarship
02:22and this scholarship will be based on the rules of the scheme.
