00:29of a man under pressure, he gave a distinct impression of a man who had been given backing

00:35in private, put it that way, and told, look, we understand why this has gone wrong and

00:40why that has gone wrong, so you'll get better, but nobody's hanging that sword of Damocles

00:45above your head at the moment.

00:48Sitting against that, I remember having the exact same conversations with Nick Montgomery

00:51last season, when he was like, look, the board understand, I've been bringing the age down,

00:55changing the way we play, we've got a big summer ahead, next thing you know, bang, you're

00:58out the door.
