00:39Former President Bongbong Marcos also said that he will not recognize the jurisdiction of the ICC in the Philippines.
00:45When Bersamin read the statement in the Quadcom hearing,
00:48the former President Duterte reaffirmed that there is no jurisdiction of the ICC in the Philippines.
