00:09who always gives us the opportunity to be able to share our experiences with these guys.
00:14We are ambassadors, we are athletes, we are carriers of important messages,
00:19so today, being here in this Galileo Institute, we try to give them our experience
00:25as well as former martial arts athletes.
00:30We try to give them our experience and to bring forward a very important value
00:35which is what we athletes aim to give.
00:38The advice is to teach the culture of respect, to teach respect, to teach values such as inclusion,
00:45to be more respectful towards others, their classmates, their teachers, their teachers.
00:55So the advice I give to everyone is to do martial arts, to do sports,
00:59to approach these sports that teach values such as education, respect, kindness, courtesy.
