00:19More than 700 families in Buhay Kamarinesur are still staying in evacuation centers due to the storm Ophel.

00:28According to Mark Nazaria, the official spokesperson of LGU Buhay,

00:32most of these are from flash floods and landslide prone areas.

00:37Even if the storm Nika has already left,

00:40these are still not decamped due to the storm Ophel,

00:44which could bring rains to the entire Kamarinesur province.

00:48Some have identified geographical cracks

00:51that could be the cause of landslides in some areas

00:55that need to be avoided, especially now that there is a bad weather.
