00:12Cruz was crossing a pedestrian lane at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Rizal Drive
00:17in BGC at about 6.40am on November 6th when a black SUV driven by Marlon Entienza turned
00:26left and hit her.
00:28She suffered injuries and was taken to a hospital.
00:31In a Facebook post, victim Nicole Cruz said she signed a document not knowing that it
00:37was already a settlement agreement.
00:39She said the driver refused to pay for the days that she would not be able to go to work
00:44because of what happened.
00:46Cruz said she may no longer continue working in BGC because of her trauma.
00:53Cruz and her father appeared on Senator Rafi Tulfo's show, Wanted Seragio, on November
01:008th to recount the incident.
01:03Tulfo said he will be helping Cruz file a case against Marlon Entienza who may face
01:08charges of reckless imprudence resulting in physical injury.
01:13Tulfo handed Cruz 25,000 pesos in cash as initial assistance for her medical expenses
01:20and assured further support.
