00:05Today, September 16th, due to the coming of Southwest Monsoon.

00:10No entry is allowed in all places, public and private parlance in Occidental, Mindoro.

00:16On the other side, Kalintaan, Mamburau, Rizal, and Santa Cruz.

00:21In Palawan, Busuanga, Culion, and Coron, until Tuesday, no entry is allowed in all places.

00:30In Visayas, particularly in the northern part, no entry is allowed in New City, Calatrava,

00:36Candoni, Kawayan, Henry B. Magalona, Escalante, Himaymaylan City, Hinigaran, Hinobaan River,

00:48Isabela, Kabankalan City, Lakorlato City, until Tuesday, no entry is allowed in Moise Padilla,

00:58Ursa, Palupandan, Sagay City, Cipalay City, Talisay, and Victoria City.

01:07No entry is allowed in Bacolod City from Preschool until Senior High.

01:12No entry is allowed in Siquijor.

01:15All levels, private or public, no entry is allowed in Antique, Aneniay, Barbasa, Belizon,

01:23Culasi, Libertad, Patnong, Sebaste, and Tobias Fournier.

01:31No entry is allowed from Preschool and Senior High School in Antique, San Jose, Buenavista,

01:39Cipalom, and Tebiao.

01:41Even in Iloilo City, no entry is allowed from Preschool and Senior High School.

01:47Localized Cash Suspension has been issued in Quezon City due to heavy rains and floods.

01:53Here is the list of barangays where Class A Senators are suspended.
