00:59As is known to all, the statement made by Tan Sri Muhyiddin

01:06is that he should leave the responsibility of the Supreme Court in Putrajaya

01:14and be detained on charges of corruption,

01:17where he has also made a statement that it is related to the case

01:26where I, as the finance minister, have canceled the tax exemption

01:33that was given to the Abu Bakari Foundation before this.

01:39And he stated that the Abu Bakari Foundation is indeed an Islamic practice organization

01:51This is a false statement that I withdraw or cancel the tax exemption on the Abu Bakari Foundation

02:01because this is not happening at all.

02:05However, I have asked him to show evidence.

02:09He has failed to do so.

02:12And on the contrary, he has repeated the accusation and statement that is not based and false on me.

02:21I have no choice but to file a lawsuit in court on him.

02:30Today, I have obtained the justice to clear my name

02:36because indeed I did not cancel the tax exemption on the Abu Bakari Foundation.

02:48On the contrary, it happened while Tan Sri Muhyiddin was the Prime Minister.

02:53It has nothing to do with me at all.

02:56This is not me being pressured by the finance ministry,

03:01both in the parliament and outside,

03:03but it has become a fundamental finding by the judge in the Supreme Court today.

03:12I am grateful for the judgment this morning

03:19and I hope that the intentions of slander, baselessness, and falsehood

03:27can be stopped by those parties.

03:31Because it seems that they will not repeat such intentions

03:39just to get political capital.
