00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is demanding access of the Filipino family to cheap rice.

00:08That is the directive of the Executive Board of the so-called PULONG

00:12together with the Agriculture Department and the National Irrigation Administration.

00:17He also ordered the DA and DBM to increase the Php 29 Rise for All Program

00:25and to increase the Php 300 of the President's Center next year.

00:30The President also called on the LGUs to directly buy rice from farmers

00:37to give them a fair value for their work and to reach a stable supply of rice.

00:45The Chief Executive of DOF and NEDA is also focusing on adjusting the input cost and effect

00:53of the changing times that affect the price of food.

00:57The President will continue the movement of the government to support farmers

01:05and to maintain the low price of rice for the Filipinos.
