00:19I absolutely love it. We have such a lovely time together, me and chefs,
00:25and I'm really lucky. I go to work, and I do a job I love with somebody I love too,
00:31and I admire greatly. And he's got my back, and I've got his back, and we have a laugh.
00:36So lovely. And it's just so fun, and your outfits every day are brilliant.
00:40I treat him just for the outfits, to be honest.
00:42You know what's so nice? I mix loads of my own stuff in there as well. And I wear things again,
00:47and I find secondhand bits. So I just have a bit of fun with it.
00:50It's lovely. And how do you feel about women in your life? And who's the inspiration for you?
00:56I would have to say always my mum. She's the kindest human being I know.
01:00But she's tough as nails, but she's got the biggest heart, and no matter what's going on
01:06with her, she always takes on more to help other people. So she's just a bit of a dude, really.
01:12So I love that. A dude. And you're a working mum. Have you got any advice for ladies that
01:17want to do what you're doing? I have zero advice at all,
01:20apart to say that the struggle's real. The struggle's real. The juggle's real. We're all
01:27just trying to do what we can. For me, it's about finding the team of support that I'm lucky enough
01:34to be able to afford somebody to help me. She's not just my nanny. She's my right-hand woman.
01:41I couldn't do it. I go to work at 20 past six in the morning. There are days when Paddy's
01:47in Ireland shooting his show, too. So I just couldn't do it without her. So everybody's doing
01:53it. Whether they say they're doing it or not, I'm here to say I don't get it right all the time.
01:59I'm trying my best, though, and I've got an amazing team of people around me.
