00:19It isn't enjoyable at times,

00:25for yourself personally and the coaches,

00:29and the pressure to get a result.

00:32But you're right, when you do get those moments in the game,

00:39in the season, in your career,

00:42they're a little bit special.

00:45I didn't think it was a smash and grab,

00:50it was a tight game against good opposition,

00:53we just needed to raise our levels at half-time,

00:56and we still couldn't really,

00:58we couldn't really get to where we wanted to be,

01:00we made some changes,

01:01obviously disappointing that Kiefer came off the pitch.

01:05We are where we are with Rhian not being involved,

01:08and young Ryan,

01:10so we've been wanting to get him on the pitch as well,

01:13him and Marshie,

01:14it's been a little bit disappointing for Marshie,

01:15because he's not getting that opportunity,

01:17but Ryan had that opportunity,

01:19so getting back in the game,

01:21I thought we showed all our character,

01:23I hope we started to play in the last 20 minutes,

01:25when we were 1-0 down,

01:27it took us the last 20 minutes to start playing quickly,

01:30playing with more intensity,

01:32and more drive,

01:33more quality,

01:34and I think that if I knew the answer then,

01:38maybe I wouldn't be sat here,

01:39but I'm still here,

01:41and I give the players an enormous amount of credit,

01:43so I'm going to deal with myself and all the coaching staff,

01:48they put themselves in that hole,

01:49through decision making,

01:52and the detail of everything,

01:54we had so many times,

01:55especially first half,

01:56where the detail could have been a lot better,

01:58and we would have got in,

01:59they found a slide,

02:01and a great run,

02:04and a definite penalty,

02:06and then,

02:08whatever it was,

02:09poking the bear a little bit,

02:10get us going,

02:12so what I will say is,

02:13I think you've seen the team,

02:14that has gone right to the end,

02:16and even when the bear boy gets sent off,

02:18and goes 1-1,

02:20we're quite easily,

02:21like Peter said,

02:22it's not been our day,

02:23we're not been really at the levels,

02:25where we want to be,

02:26which you're not always at the championship level,

02:28but when you have that opportunity,

02:30it opens up,

02:31the players are extremely brave,

02:32and we stood in it,

02:33and we tried to go for the winner,

02:35and we got a memorable winner,

02:37and memorable scenes for the supporters,

02:39that have made an incredibly long journey,

02:41down there on a Tuesday night.
