00:00I came over, opened the boot, put the bag there, and moved there, and I got in the car.

00:10I don't know if the car had moved or whatever.

00:14The bag wasn't there, sort of thing, but when I drove off it must have been there.

00:19Well I phoned up and the one man said,

00:22if you put your bag on the ground, you've took it away.

00:26There's no evidence of me putting it down and leaving it, is there?

00:30And when I put it there, I didn't do it on purpose, as I would have lost it.

00:34I can't understand that, you know, I just assumed.

00:37There's actually ten minutes in between the photograph of him leaving and him dropping his bag.

00:45I've got to accept that it was put there just so I could do something about it.

00:54I put it in the boot and I hadn't got the brains, the common sense, whatever, to put it in the boot.

01:00I just drove off.

01:01I actually had a meeting with one of the local councillors who told him that he couldn't do anything about it.
