The problem is have about the claim that global warming or climate change is the cause is that this claim is not scientific. Using a anecdotal evidence to make this claim is not how it works. Officials and news agencies have said over and over that these are the worst floods in decades, one says 100 years. So guess what?? Its happened before so how can we claim anything but that its just nature doing what nature does. The failure is on officials not addressing this disaster quickly and effectively.
