00:00Lasagna soup is everywhere, but this slow cooker version

00:02is the easiest version by far.

00:04It's the way to get the comfort of lasagna

00:06in a much easier preparation.

00:07Start by browning off your ground beef

00:09and add that to the slow cooker along with bell pepper,

00:11onions, tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, sliced mushrooms.

00:14Add in some Italian seasoning and beef broth.

00:16And then just cook it on low or high

00:18for about two to four hours.

00:19When you're about 30 minutes out,

00:20add in your lasagna noodles

00:22and a little bit of salt and pepper.

00:23Cook that for about half an hour or until they're tender.

00:25And then to serve it up, just ladle it into bowls

00:28and top it with some ricotta and shredded mozzarella,

00:30a little sprinkle of parsley and cracked pepper,

00:32and it's good to go.
