00:00On November 7, the next hearing of the House Quad Committee will take place

00:05where the issues of illegal drugs will be considered.

00:09According to Quadcom Lead Chair Robert Ace Barbers,

00:12they will invite former President Rodrigo Duterte again

00:16and they hope, like the Senate, they will also face their hearing.

00:21In a statement, former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV said

00:25that the transcript of the hearings of the House Quad Committee

00:29and the Senate's separate hearing on drug war

00:33will be held in the ICC probe.

00:37Barbers clarified that they were not the ones who submitted this

00:41and that their belief in the country's own justice system remains.

00:46As far as the Quad Committee is concerned,

00:49there was no authority coming from anyone, any of the co-chairs,

00:52to release transcript of records of the Quad hearings and release it to the ICC.

00:58Probably, what they did was they accessed all the social platforms of the House

01:05and maybe they transcribed it to them.

01:08We are not giving anything, we are not submitting anything.
