00:00After the following typhoons, the government is planning to fight against the dengue virus.

00:05According to the DOH, they have recorded an 80% increase in dengue cases for the month of October and November this year,

00:14where five individuals are at home, including boys and girls,

00:21just like in Dasmarinas, Cavite, where 50 to 70 cases of dengue are recorded.

00:28This is why the state of calamity has also declared it.

00:32The DOH reminds the public to check immediately if they feel symptoms such as fever, nausea,

00:40loss of appetite, hunger, and others.

00:42According to the government, aside from cleaning the environment,

00:45insect repellents and wearing clothes such as long sleeves will also help.

00:51The government will continue to assist in vector control or cleaning of places that may be affected by dengue.

01:02Meanwhile, DOH Secretary Ted Herbosa confirmed that their suspect case of monkeypox varm was negative

01:10and that no clade 1b has entered the country yet.

01:15It is better to bring it earlier so that they can hydrate and monitor their listed count

01:21so that it will not reach the dengue shock syndrome that kills if it is brought late.

01:27That reminder is very important to mothers who have children who are sick.
