00:00What events are you taking part in?

00:02I'll be competing in Snowboarding, Skeleton, Wheelchair Rugby and Indoor Rowing.

00:08So a bit of a difference between Snowboarding and Indoor Rugby and Skeleton and Wheelchair.

00:15You're covering quite a gamut of events.

00:18Yeah, this is the first ever Winter Invictus.

00:22So it covers often a few Winter events this time.

00:25And most of the athletes always compete in one of the team sports.

00:29So Wheelchair Rugby is my team sport.

00:32And then the other sports are my individual sports.

00:35Now is there a lot of time in the snow for practicing?

00:40We had a snow camp earlier in the year where we took some first timers up.

00:44But I go down to the snow every year and go down there and have a good time with the family.
