00:00The Colts made the Joe Flacco thing official, but interestingly, Steichen said it's not

00:17They're playing Flacco for the foreseeable future as their quarterback.

00:22So they have smartened up there.

00:23They drafted this guy with a first round pick and they're going to throw away the key?

00:50Now listen, I think Flacco's a better quarterback, but I think the bigger job here is to fix

01:22Steichen didn't really explain to him why he lost the job, I guess.

01:27And then I saw Michael Pittman, the receiver, say I had to find out on social media.

01:32There's some disconnect right now in the Colt locker room, and that's going to be a problem.

01:37That's usually not good.

01:38I don't actually have a problem with Steichen.

01:40I think he can coach.

01:41And the guy that's been kind of bizarre for my money is Ballard.

01:46I think he's been running this thing, frankly, no one wants to say it, but kind of running

01:53the Colts into the ground the last few years.

01:55Yeah, they've done a very strange job.
