00:49On Wednesday, the Kuala Lumpur High Court ruled that the prosecution proved a Prima
00:54Fasih case against Najib in the 1MDB case.
00:58In its 41-page summary judgment, the court said Najib was willfully blind to his failure
01:04to inquire into the origin of the 1MDB funds.
01:08The court said given the substantial sums deposited into his bank account, it was Najib's
01:13responsibility to take reasonable steps to determine if the funds were proceeds from
01:18unlawful activity.
