01:34Police say these men strangled her before dumping her into that creek.
01:38Both men were in the country illegally.
01:40They were apprehended, then released by border patrol less than three weeks before Jocelyn's
01:44death.
01:45The men accused of killing Jocelyn Nungare are affiliated with the gang known for brutal
01:49violence.
01:50Kamala Harris was in charge of immigration and our borders.
01:56If we had better border policies and not open borders and not these catch and release policies,
