00:00The Supreme Court stopped the transfer of the un-used funds of PhilHealth to the National Treasury.

00:07PhilHealth's unused funds amounted to Php89.9 billion,

00:11but the temporary restraining order of the SC is the un-transferred funds.

00:17The TRO has not yet submitted the return of the transferred funds.

00:21PhilHealth first said that the transferred funds of the National Treasury amounted to Php60 billion since May.

00:29The Supreme Court gave 10 days for the respondents of the TRO to comment.

00:34The oral arguments were closed on January 14, 2025

00:38regarding the constitutionality of the transfer of the unused funds of PhilHealth.
